The Poster Gallery has been the location for three exhibitions in the context of The Hague Design and Government; Government rules Design, Choose Locally and Fairly Democratic. More than 150 posters were on show during these exhibitions. The exhibition Fairly Democratic featured work from first-year students Graphic Design and Photography at the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague and the Willem de Kooning Academy in Rotterdam. Choose Locally showed a selection of historical election posters from The Hague from 1950 onwards. Sixty designers from The Hague and Berlin commented on the pros and cons of government policy in the exhibition Government rules Design. All the posters can be seen online:
