In addition to the workshop 'Political Campaigns' organized by VIDE Den Haag, students from the Kunsthochschule Berlin-Weissensee will spend a

Elections
The year 2009 is a 'Super Election Year' for Germany. There will be local-, state-, presidential- and European elections. Besides that, it is also twenty years ago that the Berlin Wall fell. 'Die Wende' will be commemorated during different activities and exhibitions. All in all it is a political affected year for Germany.

Political Campaigns
The students will work on campaign-designs for the five biggest German political parties: CDU, SPD, FDP, Bündnis 90/Die Grünen en Die Linke. The final results for the semesterproject will be exhibited from 9 till 12 July at the Kunsthochschule. The results will also be presented on the website of Design Den Haag. The project is being instructed by Wim Westerveld and Barbara Junge from the Kunsthochschule Berlin-Weissensee.
